AlcoNCP: Laser Scanning for Rapid and Accurate Capture

GeoAfrika Surveys has been appointed to undertake quarterly surveys of product stockpiles for AlcoNCP, one of the leading alcohol and livestock feed producers in South Africa. The surveys are undertaken in an indoor warehouse utilizing terrestrial laser scanning for rapid and accurate capture of the Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles (DDGS) stockpiles. Volume Reports are produced within 24 hours of capture and provide a valuable input into the quarterly financial reporting of the plant.
