Ballito Hills is set to be one of the largest lifestyle sectional schemes on the North Coast of Kwazulu-Natal. The scheme, being rolled out in 20 phases, consists of multi-storey buildings offering 1, 2 and 3 bedroom sections. The development is one of the key projects of the JSE listed Balwin Properties development company. GeoAfrika Surveys have been on the professional team since the inception of the project and currently undertake construction setting out surveys, town planning consulting and sectional title plan drafting for Surveyor-General approval for the proposed 1300 units.
