This entailed validating the purchase price and interrogating all of the existing facilities.

Situated in Cape Town, the green star rated SANRAL Western Region Office was completed in 2013. GeoAfrika Property Management has been responsible for the facilities management from the outset. A major focus for this project has been the response to the ongoing water crisis in the city. Low rainfall meant that even though the building was designed with a rainwater-harvesting system, further interventions were needed to comply with strict municipal water restrictions.
