Situated in Cape Town, the green star rated SANRAL Western Region Office was completed in 2013. GeoAfrika Property Management has been responsible for the facilities management from the outset. A major focus for this project has been the response to the ongoing water crisis in the city. Low rainfall meant that even though the building was designed with a rainwater-harvesting system, further interventions were needed to comply with strict municipal water restrictions.
